New Launch: Master Salon's Website Is Live in Bengaluru

We just shipped the new website for Master Salon in Sahakara Nagar, Bengaluru — a full service menu, colour-transformation showcase, and WhatsApp-first booking. Here's what went into it.

We just launched the new website for Master Salon, a hair artistry and aesthetic wellness studio in Sahakara Nagar, North Bangalore, led by owner and master stylist Murshad Ali. It's live now, and it's a good example of what we mean when we say a salon website should sell the work, not just list a phone number.

What the site had to do

Master Salon runs a full menu — men's and women's hair care, colour transformations, keratin therapy, hair spa, massage, pedicure and manicure, facials, waxing, and threading — across two locations serving Sahakara Nagar and North Bangalore. A menu that wide is easy to bury in a PDF or an Instagram highlight. The brief was to make it scannable, sell the colour work specifically (their strongest differentiator), and route every visitor toward a WhatsApp booking instead of a form nobody fills out.

What we built

  • A structured service menu — every category (hair, colour, spa, massage, facials, threading) broken into its own card, priced and grouped so a visitor can find "Balayage" or "Keratin Treatment" in seconds instead of scrolling a wall of text.
  • A colour-transformation showcase — before-and-after pairs and dedicated cards for Global Hair Color, Highlights & Fashion Shades, and Balayage & Ombre, since that's the work that actually gets a salon booked on Instagram-sourced trust.
  • Owner presence, not just branding — a profile section for Murshad Ali with his specialties (hair styling, colour specialist, client care), because clients booking a stylist want to know who's doing the work.
  • Reviews and live social proof — a 4.9 Google rating badge up top, verified client testimonials, and a live Instagram feed, so trust signals sit above the fold instead of requiring a click-through.
  • WhatsApp-first booking — every service card, colour card, and the header CTA all route to WhatsApp, matching how their clients actually reach out, instead of forcing a phone call or a form.
  • Location and hours clarity — flagship address, salon hours, and an embedded map front and center for a business that lives on local footfall.

Why this matters for salons specifically

The pattern we see with salon and spa clients is consistent: the content that actually converts is the colour and styling work — not a paragraph about "passion for beauty." A site that makes the portfolio the hero tends to outperform a generic template built around the wrong assumptions.

On booking, we started where Master Salon's clients already are. Their regulars book over WhatsApp, so the first version of the site makes that one tap from every page instead of hiding it behind a contact form nobody fills out. It's the right starting point, but it isn't the end state: as volume grows, WhatsApp-only booking means someone has to manually check stylist availability and confirm every slot, which is where missed and double-booked appointments creep in. A proper booking system with live availability and automatic confirmations is the natural next step for the site, and we've written about why in why salons need real online booking, not just a WhatsApp number.
